Plot map posterior association — plot_map_post_factor • fastan

Useful for semi-confimatory models.

Usage

plot_map_post_factor(proj, extra.only = F, r = 1)

Arguments

proj: fastan::project.
extra.only: logical, TRUE if only the entries from the extra group should be plotted, FALSE otherwise.
r: numeric, default = 1, radius of the dots.

Value

ggplot2/gridExtra object.
